Wanted to insure my father's property after he passed away, as it was left empty while the sale went through. I spoke to a lady who hadn't got a clue what to do. Nobody got back in touch. I spoke with the same person a few weeks later and she still hadn't got a clue. She said she needed to put me on hold while she spoke to somebody else. I held on for nearly 2 hours and then ended the call!! They clearly didn't want my £800 but another company quickly and easily insured the empty property for a lot less money. Do not waste your time.
