My car insurance renewal with SAGA this year has increased from £208 to £752 an increase of 360% by my reckoning, "DISGRACEFUL" I am 74 years of age and was naively under the impression that SAGA was set up to provide insurance for the older customer, not anymore, it appears that now they just want to rip you off. In addition I had to phone them 10 days before the renewal date to get my renewal price as they had failed to notify me. Needless to say I have taken my custom elsewhere and now have the same level of cover for £250 "result" Well done SAGA for losing a long standing and loyal customer. TW
