We changed our car mid-way through the policy term. Rang customer service to notify them of change. Spoke to a very bored sounding woman who was not that helpful or engaging unfortunately. Told me policy to cover new car would be more money or I could cancel policy for £50. Not sure I will be using Saga again as other companies I have had dealings with have happy staff who fall over themselves to help! Cheer up Saga customer service staff!!
