Home and contents insurance. September 2013 = £212 p.a. September 2017 = £478. There have been NO claims or additions made! I have asked them to justify this exorbitant increase and await their reply, but I believe they just load the premium at each renewal and hope the elderly clients just allow auto-renewal to take place. This is a company that suggests it is looking after older clients...........disgraceful. I will be telling anyone who will listen to avoid them like the plague.
