Having had two accidents in the last three months due to no fault of mine, Saga were excellent in their communications and all staff I spoke to were very helpful. They kept me informed by phone and letters as to what stage my claim was at. A hire car was provided and everything ran smoothly which certainly helps when you have been involved in an accident.
