Had to cancel holiday after cancer diagnosis, Saga rejected my claim as I did not inform them of my first visit to the doctors which incidentally was not related to the cancer.
Very disappointed and will not be renewing any policies with Saga.
The travel insurance is underwritten by Cigna who you have to deal with regarding any claim. I have since found they have a lot of negative reviews.
