Saga are shocking. I am currently dealing with them as they have taken 4 years Policy payments for my Dementia ridden father. During this time he was unable to drive and his car was garages and off the road and never driven. Unbeknownst to us as a family they took payments automatically and are now refusing to repay the error. They have lost nothing. HD the cR been driven they would not have covered it as they would seem it not roadworthy.
I will have further reviews but my advice is don't touch them they have zero empathy.
