I ended up paying for my own repair because the repairer they referred me to didn’t work with them any more and then they said it would take weeks to assess the claim as the one I as eventually referred on to was very busy and they couldn’t guarantee a courtesy car in the meantime, even though the policy provided for this.
I would not use them again.
