Dear Sir or Madam.
I am sending you this email to let you know how disgusted I am with Saga Insurance it was bad enough that you did not pay out on my claim on the 21/10/2018 for escape of water saying I was not covered but now I have lost my no claims bonus on my building insurance and it has cost me an extra £ 89.73 to insure with a more reputable company, you stated that I had made a claim in the last five years on your renewal documents that was sent to me. A very disgusted and disillusioned ex customer of Saga.
