all i wanted was to download my policy docs. tried several time. went on twitter to try sort out too 4 hours still no sorting of problem so don't use twitter. then telephoned followed their advice still no policy docs. phoned again at least this time supposed to be coming in the post.
Sorry saga your a total waste of space. customer awful
