Awful . Outrageous fees for policy changes .Unlike a lot of companies who have refunded policy holders due to huge reductions in claims because of lockdown ,Saga didn't offer any refunds at all. Again a lot of reputable insurance co.have waived all fees related to changes on policies but again Saga HASN'T WAIVED any fees .
If you are considering a Saga policy just checked any midterm fees before you hand over any money .
Takes a Lifetime to get a customer and a minute to lose one ..Saga is the latter .
