I paid an amount up front, then opted to pay for the premium on a monthly basis. I have just cancelled my motor insurance as I've had to get a Motability car with hand controls and my insurance is covered by them. I was paid right up to date at Saga so expected that to be the end of the matter. NOT SO!! I've just received a bill from Saga for £58.98! There is no mention of WHY I supposedly owe this money, and my entire year's insurance was only £15 a month. It is absolutely outrageous! I will never use them again!
