Avoid this company. Thankfully I have never had to claim from this outfit, but if their claims service is as bad as their customer service, then I would be concerned. They offer Cashback, but once your policy is paid, they decline it. Nobody responds to emails. I had a motor insurance policy thankfully paid before it’s commencement and I noticed a discrepancy that meant I wouldn’t have been covered if I hadn’t notice their serious error. I have phased out two of my car insurance policies and when my home insurance expires next year, I will not use Saga who I have no faith in whatsoever. Avoid.
