I placed orders in June. After several weeks I contacted the company to find out where they were. They replied fairly quickly, and said that a warehouse move was causing delays but my order being over a month old was odd and they’d track it. Then I get notified that some items were holding up the orders from being shipped so they’d ship what they could and the rest would come later. The next several weeks were chaotic as parts of multiple orders began to ship, none of them complete. They offered store credit, which I took, and tried to stay patient waiting for missing items. I finally contacted them a couple of weeks ago and it took several contacts to get them to answer. They shipped what they could, and when I contacted them about the still missing items plus one damaged item in the replacement order, they said that those items could not be found but I could either take store credit or they’d swap them out. I’ve been dealing with this for more than 3 months at this point. I asked if the shipping would also be credited, because it is exorbitant, and have not been able to get an answer about that and the damaged item for over a week. The long delays are frustrating and so is the inconsistent product quality. Some items were amazing. Others arrived chipped, cracked, or clearly REPAIRED while being sold as new. And I still have no answer about my damaged item and store credit. I will never buy from them again because you don’t know what you’re gonna get, and if you have a problem (chipped, cracked, repaired) it’s going to take an extraordinary amount of effort on your part and tons of patience to try to get it fixed.
