Have been using Sainsbury’s during the pandemic, not having used them before. Most of the time the drivers have been fantastic and I have told them so. Today however,a younger fitter driver brought my order and said he was not allowed to carry it to my front door on the first floor and left it outside on the ground. This has never happened before
and if these are the rules, I will not be using them again.
