Placed my first online order yesterday at 22.45 and requested delivery between 3 and 4 this afternoon. Arrived at 3 and the driver brought it up to the first floor. On seeing I was using crutches he kindly unpacked the bags sorting them into chilled/frozen and the rest. I was really pleased with the service and delivery. One slight hiccup when choosing substitution options as couldn't go directly back to checkout but apart from that all good
