Waited in all day for an order that was never even put on the van for delivery. told this after 3 phone calls.
Was told I would be called to rearrange delivery for today.
Received an email, 'order cancelled - refund 3-5 days!'
Complained on TWITTER, got a 'goodwill gesture £5!' And told 'have a good day!'
Rang up to complain, told that all she could do was another 'good will gesture £10'
Got no food and now have to wait 3-5 days for my money to be refunded by Sainsbury's.
Taking myself off to Asda later, Sainsbury's ain't seeing me again - EVER ....
