I shop at sainsbury's nearly every day.i enjoy shopping & I spend alot of money there.staff are always happy& polite.but after hearing that the nectar card will be replaced with points only to be used with a smartphone I shall not be shopping there again.i am so upset by this change that only certain customers with a smartphone receive these rewards.you have lost a loyal customer of many years
