I'd like to say a massive thank you to one of your staff members on the self checkouts at your Clapham Common branch. She helped me deal with an annoying customer who kept looking over my shoulder at what I was doing and asking questions about my shopping.
The man was aggressive towards her whilst she tried to be calm. I'd like to thank her in person but sadly I don't live around the area to do so.
