I was having difficulty with the password for logging -on to place an order, I phoned the number given on your web site if help was needed, the young lady who answered showed a great deal of understanding and patience in dealing with an older person who is somewhat stupid when trying to cope with modern technology. I'm afraid I've forgotten her name but she has a lovely Scottish accent, I send her my grateful thanks
