Went to collect from "click and collect", (Enfield, Crown Road), was told to go round the corner and press the buzzer. Was pressing like mad for about 15mins, only to be told the door was jammed and that I should of been pressing the buzzer located in the car park, but I was pressing the buzzer on the door. My point being when your coming out of the store and going round the corner you can not see the buzzer located in the car park, unless your parked there which I wasn't. I think Sainsburys should make themselves more clearer in future. Very ignoring 😱😦
