The man who served me at the pharmacy - while training a new member of staff - was extremely friendly, and helpful too. I told him that I thought he was very friendly and that he would make a positive impact on people's days.
During the same visit I bought some crisps that turned out to be out of date. This obviously wasn't good but when I returned them to a different store, even though they didn't stock the same item I was refunded promptly and with an apology, so they dealt with it perfectly.
