Used to spend £400 plus a month on home deliveries, that ended when a very rude delivery driver parked outside, threw the sack barrow from his truck, was banging and crashing with my/other orders on board, Customer services were useless telling me how the drivers in question were told of my complaint.
I won't be trusting them again, so I hope it was worth that email from Chis at their customer service debacle.
