I only recently became a Sainsburys customer after moving close to a large store. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Today, I returned an item that I was charged far more than was marked on the shelf. It turned out that the item was in the wrong spot and the lower price was for a similar product. However, they refunded me the difference. I would have been happy just to return the item and be credited! I am very impressed.
