I ordered a jumper online and was told it was on its way to the store Of my choice (Sainsbury’s Cheam Surrey)
I received another email 5 days later to say it has been delivered to another store by mistake (Hayward’s Heath)which is 40 miles away from Cheam and they said I would have to collect it if I still wanted it.
Would never order online again from sainsburys their customer service is incompetent.
