I wanted to say thank you to the wonderful Scottish Lady I spoke to on 31st May 2019 at the contact centre number. My mother has dementia and had turned the delivery driver away, so I called and the lady I spoke to was very, very pleasant and helpful. She contacted Swindon Bridgemead shop and arranged for the order to be redelivered the next day. As it happens, the driver was contacted and came back the same evening, which was fantastic and above and beyond, thank you for your care and sensitivity.
