Over charged on my online shopping. Spoke to Wolverhampton store who could not explain or understand why i had been charged £12 more than i should have.
I cancelled the order. 10 days later still hadn't had my refund so called .com number who said that the store had not requested it. 2 days later i had a call back to process the refund for the amount it should have come to originally!!!! What about the extra £12???
Eventually got full refund a few days later. Will NEVER use sainsbury's again. Terrible customer service.
