SAINSBURY'S PETROL STATION HORLEY
I am a daily customer (either myself or my family).
Am extremely disappointed with the lack of knowledge and customer service displayed by the manager when I asked if I could pay with Jersey currency (as I have several times in the past).
Rude and unhelpful to a loyal customer.
The problem is not he didn't accept the payment, I ended up paying by card, but how utterly unhelpful and unprofessional he was.
Customers deserve to be treated with RESPECT!
Same day WAITROSE accepted payment in that currency...
