I received a call today, 15 minutes before my shopping was due to be delivered, to inform me that I would not be receiving the delivery. This is the second time this has happened in the last 6 weeks. I use home delivery as I have limited mobility and I’m dependent on friends and family for support - support that has to be planned in advance. I will now be without essential food items today.
As Sainsbury’s celebrates 150 years in business, I have experienced a significant decline in service over the last 6 months and sadly, after years of loyalty, I will now be moving to an alternative service provider.
