Was so surprised at how unhelpful they were. Out of my last 3 online shops. One came early. One late and the latest had short date product (actimel) that customer service unfortunately were unable to refund "you ll just have to throw some bottles away" plus driver gave my paper work to previous customer. They ve lost a regular customer
