Due to the problems with their system it took 3 hours to place an order! What's worse is the system then didn't use the default delivery address and they tried to deliver to the billing address!
The delivery was for my elderly parents and I now have a 4 hour round trip drive tomorrow to sort this out as Sainsbury's were unable to find them a delivery slot - you'd think with a branch in the town they would have found a solution. They clearly don't care and are happy to let down elderly people. I am not happy as I am on holiday and have spent two evenings on this and will have to give up another day of my holiday tomorrow. Sainsbury's response is they can understand why I am annoyed - unfortunately they seem to have no interest in putting it right!
