I have been blocked from getting deliveries and referred to click and collect. Not an option. I am 71 and do not drive. I have no nearby relatives. I have written on Feedback link asking them to release me for deliveries. No response. I have written to their Head Office and got a rude dismissive/arrogant reply.
Happily I have now got a slot with Morrisons and will continue to use them in the future. I will never use Sainsburys again.
