I have difficulty in walking some times and need a walking stick. I don’t need to do the shopping for disabled people. I wait my turn in the queue. At our Sainsbury branch in Haxby York just like all other branches at the moment, it is in one door and out of the other. At our branch we have a door that goes out to the car park, which is at present locked so they can control the flow of people. When I have a heavy bag, maybe milk or so, the staff offer to help by letting me out the door to the car park. This may not seem much, but it is excellent service. It is really good of them.
