Part of my order was bot delivered until today.
I placed my order a month ago and a shipment says it was delivered. Contacted CS through the website service chat service to provide me with a proof in order to look into it or issue a refund .
My refund case was rejected with a very general answer saying my provided info does not meet their policy and requirements in issuing the refund . In addition to limiting the ability to contact or ask about your order which is a basic right -except though-chat or phone - which I also did and waited for 25 min then got the line disconnected after being on hold .
No email option at all and when receiving a response its no reply @ - as if a customer has no right to reach them in addition to making it difficult to proceed with any engagement unless filing a new case which I did by the way then did not receive any response and was ignored.
In the end I had to involve Paypal - which thank god was my payment method - and filed a case.
I received a response after 5 business days with a very aggressive and unprofessional tone again saying it was delivered without any enclosement of a proof and saying no signature is required for shipments under 1200 usd based on their shipping terms which by the way was noted at the end of the corner of a very long terms and conditions .
I guess this might a new way for them to make money.
Go to Nordstrom Rack or any other online NM sales . Avoid them they are very terrible in handling customers and you will just end up being ignored and angry.
