Part of my order was bot delivered until today. I placed my order a month ago and a shipment says it was delivered. Contacted CS through the website service chat service to provide me with a proof in order to look into it or issue a refund . My refund case was rejected with a very general answer saying my provided info does not meet their policy and requirements in issuing the refund . In addition to limiting the ability to contact or ask about your order which is a basic right -except though-chat or phone - which I also did and waited for 25 min then got the line disconnected after being on hold . No email option at all and when receiving a response its no reply @ - as if a customer has no right to reach them in addition to making it difficult to proceed with any engagement unless filing a new case which I did by the way then did not receive any response and was ignored. In the end I had to involve Paypal - which thank god was my payment method - and filed a case. I received a response after 5 business days with a very aggressive and unprofessional tone again saying it was delivered without any enclosement of a proof and saying no signature is required for shipments under 1200 usd based on their shipping terms which by the way was noted at the end of the corner of a very long terms and conditions . I guess this might a new way for them to make money. Go to Nordstrom Rack or any other online NM sales . Avoid them they are very terrible in handling customers and you will just end up being ignored and angry.

Saks off fifth has the worst costumer service, they lost one of my items in the mail and never refunded my money / they don’t pack everything and you don’t receive your full order !! So I don’t know if stealing in the company is going on ?? It’s just the worst !

Customer service off shore cannot provide any meaningful answers. The need two day to investigate and provide answers that they are not useful. To receive an order some times the need 10 to 11 days to deliver some time with no status in between. The substance of Customer Service is minimum to none but they try to promise anything possible in between.

Never order for delivery st your home. The driver will steal your package and they will not refund. Customer service is not US based and nobody cares to make it right.

This place is trash. The customer service experience is the worst ever. Most of your packages won't be received. And oh yea, they will keep your money. Not sure how they have stayed in business. Check reviews on any site, and you'll see terrible ratings. I placed four orders with them, online, in the last 30 days, I only received one of my packages. They denied my refund, and when I asked why, they said it wasn't their problem This place is a JOKE, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I ordered a Louis Vuitton bag. It was supposed to be authentic. IT WAS NOT. The item was non-returnable. Stay away from this business..

I’m from Canada. I placed an order on SaksOff5th.com. After one month without receiving my order I wanted to check the status. First of all, for some reason there are 2 websites: SaksOff5th.com & Borderfree.com. I was taken to either one randomly for no reason. I signed in to both websites and went to the My Order page. I specified ‘Orders placed in the last 6 months’ and both sites told me ‘You have no recent orders, please try selecting a different date range’ After 1 hour (1 hour! 60 minutes! With all other online purchase sites I use for over 15 years it always takes only 1 minute) I had to call customer service to ask why my order was not showing up. She had no ideas why, just kept telling me to do this and do that but nothing worked. After wasted another 15 minutes of my time she just HUNG UP ON ME! Don’t buy from SaksOff5th. They are terrible.

Saks Off Fifth offers Shoprunner service so orders arrive in 2 days. Love this feature. Saks also has good sales and I like that they carry only name brand designer goods.
