Just thought I’d warn other people….. I bought two items…. I returned one in person. Later, I found the second item defective, and tried to return it, however, they said they could not help me in person and to callCustomer service. I talked to numerous people and eventually mailed it in as they requested.
They received it. However, they stated that they already refunded me ( which they didn’t!). So I returned 2 items, received a refund for one item only. Will never purchase from them again due to their complicated return policy
