I usually don’t write reviews but Unfortunately I should share my bad experience that I had today with the return service of two perfumes! When I ordered, they said that if you are not satisfied, you can return the items according to the return policy and within the return period, which is understandable! The reason I requested a return was because first of all, one of the three perfumes I received was not brand new, unsealed and had no plastic wrap around the perfume, which we all know, all new perfumes have plastic wrap! In addition , I didn't like the smell! I requested a return on the same day I received them, they refused the return because I had opened the perfumes!! But the question is, if I hadn't opened them, how would I know if I liked the scent or not!! They even rejected the perfume that they sent without the seal or packaging! This was frustrating and I was on the phone for over an hour and a half, they made me so upset and angry that it is toxic for a pregnant woman! The phone disconected several times and I had to call them again. After speaking with five representatives, I finally got a chance to speak to Ritesh, one of the representatives. She was very helpful and caring! She really tried to help and escalated my case, eventually they gave me a return label and I was able to send the perfume back!
