Horrible customer service! Bought a sapphire bracelet for $1800. Wore one time and almost lost the bracelet due to defective clasp. Only asked for them to replace and they stated bc it had been 2 months since purchase they could not do anything! Now I will have to pay to have the clasp replaced if I want to wear it again! Will never purchase another thing from them!
