Sakuraco did not in any way make clear that when you purchase 3 months they mean 3 months at a time -- there was no notification at all via email or otherwise that they would charge me again, yet they went ahead and billed me for $140+ for an additional 3 months that I did not want. After I immediately reached out to request a cancellation and refund they told me no, and also warned me that if I take it up with my bank they will hold the boxes I already paid for.
Do not buy from them -- this is false advertising and a total scam to me.
