My box was a little later than expected but the customer service was very helpful and reassuring. The booklet is beautifully produced and very interesting to read. The item (a furoshiki) is delightfully useful and the tea and snacks were delicious! A very good, varied selection and nothing I couldn't eat or didn't like. I went to Japan years ago and am not able to return at the moment, so I'm very happy that a little piece of it can come to visit me!
