Of the 4 boxes I ordered, this was definitely the weakest one.
The Momji & Chestnut Wagashi had an unpleasant texture, the Fried Ginkgo Nuts were only extremely bitter rather than lightly salty and subtly bitter.
The Nikki Yatsuhashi and Kitsune Senbei were extremely hard (despite tasting quite good) and the Nikki Yatsuhashi were a lot more cinnamon-y than expected.
The rest was quite good though, just the ratio of treats that were enjoyable vs treats that weren't was less one-sided
