Absolutely unacceptable experience this was second time I ordered a Sakura box and second time it got DELAYED both delayed more than 3 weeks I’m so SICK TO DEATH of delays just god dam get better you promise 2-10 day delivery but no it’s never 2-10 day more like 10-100 day I can’t express the amount of frustration and anger I have I wasn’t even allowed to get a refund or apology from the company for the delay do not recommend and you just lost a valuable customer 😡😡
