I got the 6 month plan, and the adorable bowl that it came with has actually restructured. If you sit down and eat the snacks all at once- which is unfortunately extremely possible for me- you're missing out. Having one a day gives me a little novelty every day and an interesting new experience, and leaves me satisfied.
