Just an awful company to deal with and then rather than just apologise for their error they justified their mistake by blaming me for not confirming my order .... even though i had paid fully and received a confirmation of my order 6 weeks ago !
Just an apology or perhaps even an offerto attempt to rush through my order after i had already waited over 6 weeks might have been more prudent
