I was given as a gift a NutriPro 1200, and after just one use, it wouldn’t work. After many emails, the company refused to replace it. The customer service is atrocious, this is also reflected on many reviews.
I strongly advise any potential customer be very wary of this unprofessional company. It is also impossible to speak to anyone in person, only through the internet, which discriminates against those who do not subscribe to the internet.
