Awful service. Purchased 3 sets of bathroom scales within 3 months all were not working. Salter have offered a part refund on 1 set. Even with a proof of purchase. They pride themselves on a 15year warranty but does not do this. AVOID BUYING ANY PRODUCTS AS THEY DO NOT WORK!!!!!! Dreadful customer service!!!!
