Utterly useless company with equally useless products. I purchased a milk frother and it stopped working after a handful of times using it. I followed the recommendations on how to use it, where to store it and how to clean it. Contacted Salter and because I didn’t have the receipt they weren’t interested in replacing it. I understand that this is normal practice but based on the reviews for the product online, it’s a regular occurrence that this particular products stops working after a few times.
