Purchased some bathroom scales. Initially only needed them for my weight. But recently needed them for my BMI. Looked online and tried to follow instructions but couldn't figure it out. So tried to find a customer care number only to find out there isn't one. So had to use their live chat. The representative tried to be helpful. But was extremely confusing going backwards and forwards with messages. Tried numerous things but needed someone to go through things step by step. We spent 50 or so minutes on this chat. Both of us getting frustrated. In the end he concluded that my scales may be faulty but more likely that I'm going wrong somewhere. I'm pretty certain that if I'd been able to ring them so we could go through step by step then my issue woukd have been solved. In my opinion, a company who doesn't value it's customers much by not having a customer service number isn't worth dealing with. I won't be buying Salter again.
