Our epilepsy team doctors at NYU Langone Epilepsy Center in New York City recommended the SAMi sleep monitor for our 7-year old son who has epilepsy and I can't say enough good things about it! It was easy to set up, the app is reliable, the videos are super sharp and can be sent to the doctor for review. We also love the remote monitoring feature, which means that we can see our son if we're outside our house (at dinner for instance) and our son is at home with the babysitter. Instead of having her tell us if our son is having a seizure in his sleep, we will get alerted right away, even though we're not at home and can act accordingly. We tried several seizure monitoring devices before getting the SAMi and none of them play in the same league. Also - the customer service and support team are super responsive and professional. This gadget is a must have for any family caring for a loved one with epilepsy and it's the first device that has allowed us to have a good nights' sleep --- all you epilepsy moms and dads get what I mean here 8)) I would give it six stars if I could - it's outstanding!!!
