We love the SAMi. Our child has siezures that only occur during or coming in and out of sleep and a regular "baby monitor" really offered no help for us if we were asleep as she would make little to no sound. Now we both have reclaimed our own personal sleep knowing the SAMi will alert us even with the slightest of movements. There was a slight adjustment period in setting the duration and sensativity on the alarm, but once you figure it out it works great. We did a ton of research and we could not find a better product that fit our needs.
